James Rosenfeld

James has worked in the Real Estate team at Blackstone since 2014 having previously worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He has an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University and his current role gives him a good perspective on the investment activity of Social And Sustainable Housing.
James has been involved with Blackstone’s investment into Sage Housing, a Registered Provider of affordable homes operating across England and established in May 2017.
