Business Development Manager
Miki joined Social and Sustainable Capital in 2021. She has worked in the charity sector within member organisations for over 10 years. During the past 4 years Miki has gained extensive experience of working with charities focussing on important social issues such as refugees, social care, domestic violence and mental health including helping to secure grants and funds to elevate their work.
Miki holds a Masters from the University of York where she studied Public Policy and Management & was the graduating cohorts Student Orator. Her Bachelors is held from the University of Leeds where she studied Media & Cultural studies before serving two years as the Student Union President. She continues to be engaged in a number of projects he lping to promote gender equity and LGBT equality, volunteering as a school role model for Stonewall and a regional representative for Girlguiding.
