Funding from the Third Sector Investment Fund will enable Trinity Housing Project to address the bottleneck in the homelessness pathway around move-on accommodation. There is a well-known and significant need particularly in areas of high rents such as the London boroughs. The Riverside Hotel, situated in a secluded location in West Drayton is being converted into 41 affordable apartments which will be let to low income households. The development will consist of fully self-contained studio rooms designed to allow for independent living for those supported by Trinity’s services and act as a stepping stone from shared houses back into a sustainable tenancy in the private rented sector.
