Harrogate Skills 4 Living Centre (HS4LC) is a charity, formed in April 2010 to respond to the overwhelming need for support for vulnerable people in its community. HS4LC provides quality care and essential lifelong skills to over 100 adults with learning disabilities in Harrogate.

Many people with learning disabilities face inequalities in health and social care as well as a high degree of isolation. Since its foundation, it has grown into a thriving education and community centre for people with learning disabilities. As well as day care, it offers structured adult education courses, information, advice and guidance. It also operates a year round support centre where people can learn new skills and take an active part in their local community.
